An angry abandoned boyfriend kidnaps

Meanwhile, my stomach, leg, arm muscles are
All nicely aching from yesterday’s fine
Exercises and running over tracks
And now I have to go to Sainsbury’s for
Some milk, some fruit juice (but no beer or wine)
