311 - When I think of my love, it's not of her

When I think of my love, it’s not of her,
But of my love itself I’m thinking of,
Because I hardly ever consider
Her aspects less conducive to that love.
And love is what I want, not what my love
Wants, for they’re separate things altogether,
Like our two bodies when I think of love,
And what we do when we’re back together.
And whether I’m even thinking of her
At that moment when I look down on her,
When we are joined as one, as hand in glove,
Is not as certain as I would prefer.
Despite that, I love so much about her
That she is often in my thoughts of love.
