The webcam resolutely refuses
To work, same as the headset. Annoying!
This ranks with the worst human abuses.
Why not send the software on a CD
Like they were supposed to? God only knows!
When you’re a total technophobe like me,
You’d rather have nails pulled from all your toes.
If I knew how to do what ‘Help’ suggests,
I wouldn’t need their help, and I ain’t got
All day to read it anyway. What’s best’s
A phone number, a human voice, that’s what.
I’m still waiting for experts to email
Me back, and, while waiting, I wrote this tale.
