The tarot man was back in town today,
At Wilmslow leisure centre, while I was
Just fooling in the pool next door, at play
With little Josephine. Meanwhile, because
Last year’s reading had so impressed my wife,
She went to him again, hoping to make
Contact with a loved and lost one, a life
Ended early. Last year, with no mistake,
He sussed that I was writing, even though
I wasn’t there, and she didn’t mention
Me. He said I’d be a success, and so
I think he does see other dimensions!
They only tell us of the positive:
We wouldn’t pay them for the negative!
